By using Pip you accept these rules. They’re written to be understood, not to hide anything.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older. If you’re younger, you can’t create an account.
Your account
- You’re responsible for what happens with your account. Look after your password.
- Pick a name that doesn’t offend anyone or impersonate someone else.
- One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to farm coins or tries is grounds for suspension.
How to behave
In group chats and in your username, the following isn’t allowed:
- Insulting, harassing, threatening or discriminating against anyone.
- Sexual, violent or illegal content.
- Spam, advertising or scam attempts.
- Impersonating someone else.
If you see any of that, you can report it (press and hold the message) and block that person from their profile. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
Cheating
Pip is a competition between friends: if you can cheat, there’s no point. You may not modify the app, use programs that play for you, or exploit bugs to get scores, coins or tries you didn’t earn.
If you find a bug that gives an advantage, tell us: we’d rather fix it than punish anyone.
Purchases and coins
- Purchases go through your phone’s store, with its rules and payment methods. We never see your card details.
- Refunds are handled by the store (Google Play), under its policy.
- We may change prices, what packs give, or what things cost. What you already bought stays yours.
Ads
Ads are voluntary: you watch them if you want something in return. If an ad fails to load or gets cut off, you may not get the reward; try again later.
Your content
What you write in the chat is yours. You give us permission to show it to the other members of your group, which is the only thing we do with it.
Things can break
Pip is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but there can be outages, bugs or data loss. We’re not liable for damages arising from using the app, or for what other users write.
We can close your account
If you break these rules seriously or repeatedly, we may suspend or delete your account, including any coins and items you have.
You can leave whenever you want
Delete your account from Settings, inside the app. Everything goes. You don’t need to ask permission or write to anyone.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, we’ll tell you inside the app.
