Delete your account
Last updated: July 28, 2026Español
You can delete your account yourself, from the app, without asking anyone or writing to anyone. It’s immediate and can’t be undone.
If you can’t get into the app
If you lost access to your account and want it deleted, write to fertorron21@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with. We’ll delete it within 30 days.
We ask for that address because it’s the only way we can confirm the account is yours.
What gets deleted
Everything that’s yours, right away:
- Your account and your email
- Your profile, username and character
- Your games, scores and tries
- Your chat messages
- Your coins, characters and items
- Your avocados and your purchases
- Your notification identifier
- Your contributions to garden pools that are still open
- Your group memberships
What stays, and why
Some things aren’t only yours — they belong to the group. Those stay, but with your name detached: there’s no way to tell they were yours.
| What | What happens |
|---|---|
| Garden decorations you bought for a group | Stay with the group, with no author |
| Waterings and streak recoveries you did | Stay in the history, with no author |
| Groups you created | If other people are in them, ownership passes to the oldest member. If you were alone, the group is deleted |
| Seasons you won | The username stays in the historical table, with no link to any account |
| Purchase records | May remain in anonymous form, because of the stores’ accounting requirements |
Deleting a shared garden or a whole group’s history would mean deleting other people’s things, which is why those stay.
Nothing sits waiting
There’s no grace period and no backup copy kept just in case: when you delete your account from the app, it’s gone at that moment.
